Topics covered include: Credit Scores, How and Why?; both RESPA and the Truth in Lending Laws; the Secondary Mortgage Market; the Loan Application (1003); Good Faith Estimates; Disclosure of Nontraditional Mortgage Products. Learn how to read the Wholesale Lenders Rate Sheet. There is Work shop time for several refinance and two sales scenarios.
