Bob and Dorothy Piper bring over sixty years of combined Real Estate knowledge doing Sales and Loans.  During these years they have written and taught several DRE Approved Continuing Education (CE)Seminars  under the name "All Seminars"  as well as their current seminars.
   
Bob Piper got his Sales license in February 1970.  In February 1971 he got his Broker's license.  The ensuing 37+ years have been filled with sales and loans as well as teaching Real Estate at Las Positas College,
writing and teaching Continuing Education Seminars both for All Seminars and as a
Master Instructor for the California Association of Realtors.  He has taught Broker and Sales Exam Review classes since 1990.

Bob is the instructor in the Pipers' "Basic
Training" seminars and is a Real Estate Consultant who works with Real Estate Firms on their sales and loan programs.

Dorothy Piper got her Sales license in 1974.  She functioned in the Sales business for a number of years.  Dorothy joined Bob when they went to a Mortgage Brokerage to do loans for several years. 

Although technically retired Dorothy has regular input into the material used in all their seminars (and this Web Site).
